CardioDTx is developed by dHealthIQ B.V., a digital therapeutics company founded in Leiden, the Netherlands. What started as remote patient monitoring research became something more ambitious — a clinician-governed platform that brings the full cardiac rehabilitation pathway into the patient's home.
What we build
We develop data-driven, clinician-governed solutions that enable healthcare providers to treat and manage chronic cardiometabolic conditions through personalised, evidence-based interventions — delivered directly to the patient. Supported by EU innovation funding and validated through randomised clinical research, CardioDTx reflects years of collaboration between medical professionals and technology experts.
Who is behind it
We bring together cardiologists, rehabilitation specialists, software engineers, and data scientists. Starting in remote patient monitoring, we validated our approach through a randomized clinical study and built CardioDTx into a platform clinicians can trust and patients can actually use. Every product decision is made with patient safety and clinical rigour at its core.
